  • Responds to customer questions or issues related to specific applications

  • Adapts system settings/configurations as needed

  • Provides high-quality application support, delivering solutions to both clinical and technical end users while supporting a wide range of applications

  • Takes ownership of application issues and works with technical or development teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

  • Resolves customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.

  • Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

  • Local service management, typically in a support organization
