Responds to customer questions or issues related to specific applications
Adapts system settings/configurations as needed
Provides high-quality application support, delivering solutions to both clinical and technical end users while supporting a wide range of applications
Takes ownership of application issues and works with technical or development teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
Resolves customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
Documents troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Local service management, typically in a support organization
Works independently with general supervision on daily work, seeks guidance as appropriate
Resolves and responds to customer issues in a timely manner
Achievement focus – demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles
Adaptability – changes approach or method to best fit the situation
Analytical skills – synthesizes complex or diverse information
Business acumen – aligns work with customer expectations and business processes
Independently searches for information and proactively identifies gaps in skills and knowledge and independently finds ways to meet learning needs
Extensive knowledge of applications, specific to relevant domain(s)
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, able to identify customer needs quickly, accommodate the customers’ social style and meet the customers’ practical and emotional needs
Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize
Education & Experience
Relevant BA/BS degree or higher in a related field
Requires at least 5 years’ experience in the relevant application domain
