Philips Customer Dashboards & Analytics Lead in Alpharetta, Georgia

Your challenge

Philips is seeking someone to lead, coordinate and consult on all activities around customer reporting initiatives for the Philips Healthcare North America Customer Services business and external customers. Based in Alpharetta, as a Customer Dashboards and Analytics Lead, you will interface and work with Philips service managers and account managers supporting external customers, other Philips internal business process owners/leaders, business SME's (i.e. subject matter experts) and IT teams(where relevant) to conduct analysis of the requirements, planning, managing and building/implementing the required reporting solutions.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Reporting Lead, you will provide leadership and mentorship to the Reporting Analysts within the customer reporting sub team, from a customer, process & tool/solution perspective.

You will be responsible for

Customer Reporting Solutions - 50% of time includes the following:

  • Develop, maintain and manage reporting using tools including Excel, Tableau etc.

  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data pulls, and building data samples/prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources, including SAP, Sales Force and reporting data warehouses.

Customer Relationship, Project Management & Collaboration - 25% of time includes the following:

  • Work and partner with business leaders and their teams in various areas of Philips Healthcare to develop reports or address data needs to provide customer reporting solutions.

  • Manage client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and attend pertinent customer meetings to understand business needs and wants.

Leadership- 25% of time includes the following:

  • Leading a team of reporting/business analysts, the aim of your job is to maintain high customer satisfaction survey results while leading and guiding the team to raise team value and outputs to the business/external customers.

  • Provide guidance on best practices and approaches to design and implement effective and standardized customer reporting solutions; be the knowledge expert on customer needs and solutions

We are looking for

  • Strong understanding of Healthcare customer services business and understanding of customer (hospital systems) and their needs

  • Expertise in developing, maintaining reporting solutions to meet customer needs using various tools like Tableau, Excel, Sales Force (or other tool)

  • Experience performing a reporting analyst and data analyst role

  • Experience in project and cross functional team leadership and management.

  • Has strong verbal & written communication skills.

  • Experience in problem-solving/ conflict resolution, critical thinking and priority-setting.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft project, Access and Visio

  • Working knowledge of SQL and databases and data manipulation, data pulls from SAP/other systems

  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement using Six Sigma/Lean methodology - takes on a proactive position to incorporate ideas

Years of Experience:

  • 7+ years of overall business and reporting/data analysis comprised of the following:

  • 3+ years as a Reporting analyst or Data analyst

  • 2+ years as a project manager and/or leading cross functional business/technical teams

  • 2+ years as a consultant or performing consulting role (preferred)

  • 1+ years in working with data, pulling data from various manual and automated sources/systems including SAP, Sales Force

  • 1+ years using Tableau/Sales Force or other reporting tool driven report development and implementation

  • 1+ years of working with SQL, databases


  • A four-year (preferred) or associates degree in a technical/ business related field

  • Certification: TQM, Lean, GB certification or other equivalent Six Sigma training/ expertise (preferred)
