Key Repsonsibilities1.To guide and standardize the I2M processes within the E2E product lifecycle.2.To guide and influence R&D across all BU’s, with reasonable trust and buy-in from GM strategy and direction, in accordance with the Solution Vision, the Solution Framework, the Innovation Strategy and the Architecture Roadmap.3.To facilitate the management of the entire BG product portfolio, and to facilitate the approval of changes to that portfolio. Working with Product Management in each Business, provide the framework and communication forum for controlling changes. Working with Finance, maximize the accuracy and completeness of the each business case, and ensure that finance has equal buy-in on the expected outcomes.4.To facilitate the rollout, management, and reporting of all I2M Excellence programs and I2M KPI’s.

Ensure Philips Population Health Management (PHM) solutions are rapidly evolving, highly adopted, and extremely effective in supporting our customers’ pursuits to deliver tomorrow’s consumers’ demonstrable value.

You are responsible for

  • Leading and facilitating all portfolio management activity across the Business Group (BG).

  • Working with R&D Leaders, Finance, and BU Product Managers.

  • Conforms (as appropriate) to I2M portfolio management processes.

  • Responsible for new process rollout across I2M processes across the BG.

  • Responsible for executive level report out of overall product portfolio costs and resources.

  • Having a dotted line to BU Product.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred

  • 10+ years’ experience in Software Development Processes and Project Management

  • 5+ Years working in Portfolio Management or Product Management function

  • Experience with SAFe Agile

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Process Driven

  • Excellent understanding of healthcare industry

  • Strong Business Acumen and Market awareness

  • Ability to influence colleagues and leaders through inter-personal skills

  • 10+ years of demonstrated leadership skills
