Philips LIFE National Program Manager (Solutions & Glass) in Alpharetta, Georgia

Your Responsibility

As National Solutions/Glass Program Manager you will directly manage the Solutions AOP, Product Placement, Pricing and Promotion to ensure that AOP is achieved in the concerning regions.

Product and Vendor Management

  • Operational leadership for LIFE Program.

  • Works with Modality Performance Managers, BIU, Marketing and/or external vendors in growing Lifecycle solutions portfolio.

  • Third Party vendor negotiation, administration on-going vendor management.

  • Manage promotional activities linked to program targets.

  • Administration of Demo Equipment (if required).

  • Interface as needed with Purchasing Manager.

  • Liaison for Government Strategic Business Group.

  • Deal escalations and enforcing program guidelines.

Operational Program Enablement

  • Provide operational support to enable and grow LIFE program.

  • Develop product offerings, solutions, and campaigns focused on customer needs to be offered by the LIFE program.

  • Oversee and enforce program guidelines.

  • Design and deliver communication, training, selling tools, and resources for Zone LIFE Program Managers & ZPSs to support field.

  • Maintain LIFE catalog with updated and enhanced product information.

  • Oversight and maintenance of Activity Tracker and quote tool.

  • Project manage LIFE tools development and implementation.

  • Administration of metrics and reports (e.g. operation dashboards for Zone LIFE Managers, revenue reporting, reporting on all metrics).

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate and provide strategic path and solutions to bridge gaps between LIFE Program team and stakeholders.

  • Institute data driven decision making culture to build trust and transparency across the board.

You are responsible for

  • Directly managing the Solutions AOP (Annual Operating Plan), product placement, pricing and promotion to ensure that AOP is achieved in the concerning regions.

  • Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets set in our AOP for the Solutions/Blass business by regions/zone, and achieving gross margin targets

  • Building proactive plans to market and brand various aspects of the program

  • Minimizing process gaps to lead the program to become operationally excellent to drive incremental revenue

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive programs

  • Developing product offerings, solutions, and campaigns focused on customer needs to be offered by the LIFE program

  • Designing and delivering communication, training, selling tools and resources

  • Instituting data-driven decision-making culture to build trust and transparency across the board.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Operations or General Management

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a large company in an international environment

  • Solid communication with good presentation skills and confidence to negotiate and build strategies with global leadership teams.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, strategic and a design thinker, influential team player and a diplomatic leader.

  • Knowledge of operations, sales and healthcare industry strongly preferred

  • Must have excellent understanding of SAP ERP System, and MS Office

  • Six Sigma Green/Black belt preferred, but not required

  • Project Management certification is a plus
