Remote Application Specialist (RAS) Modality Lead

Your Challenge:

We challenge you to join our Remote Support team as a Remote Application Specialist Lead for IntelliVue Patient Monitoring. The purpose of this role is to improve the customer experience with Philips Patient Monitoring equipment through advancing remote education processes. This role is instrumental in adding value through optimizing customer workflow for our customers thus improving the customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Acting as a Remote Application Specialist Modality Lead, you will provide additional insight into customer experience through the following activity:

  • RAS support and clinical development

  • Leading Daily Management Activities which in turn lead to

  • Improvement Hoshin metrics

  • Creating/fostering standard work

  • Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools and optimized solution delivery.

  • Drive improvements in quality of troubleshooting, case documentation and accuracy of solution provided to the customer.

  • Contribute towards development and sustainment of quality standard while decreasing variability of RAS.

  • Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support

We Are Looking For:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree Required *

  • Greater than 5 years applicable experience with extensive product knowledge of PIC iX Systems

  • Experience in Customer Services or Customer Relations

  • Excellent product knowledge in focused modality

  • Communication and relationship management taking into account cultural and language differences

  • Influencing & coaching proficiency

  • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language

  • Travel <25% of the time

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Associate Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 5 years applicable experience with extensive product knowledge of PIC iX Systems

  • Experience in Customer Services or Customer Relations
