Philips Technical Service Project Manager in Alpharetta, Georgia

The Technical Project Manager deliverables support task management tracking, resource planning, and SLA achievement within the Technical Services team. This role also serves as the owner for relationships between Wellcentive and Payer partners that receive customer data from Wellcentive.


The individual will need to perform or have the following tasks/skill sets:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with Technical Services team members to update interface project plans and ensure time input is complete. Collaborate closely with Technical Services team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables are completed for customer integration projects.

  • Owner of daily technical task triage and assignment throughout team

  • Conduct regular meetings with Director, Services Operations to review resource availability and interface project slotting recommendations.

  • Serve as the owner for ensuring all new contracted work is entered into tracking system and all new projects are assessed for readiness prior to resource assignment.

  • Serve as the owner for management of Technical Services process documentation including project plans, technical task workflows, SLAs, and Confluence hierarchy.

  • Have familiarity with various formats (delimited, HL7, CCD(A), X12 837) and provide accurate and meaningful resource need projections specific to project type.

  • Conduct regular meetings with Payer partners to provide status of ongoing projects and pursue initiatives to improve data submission and customer value from outbound payer data feeds.

  • Track all ongoing outbound interface implementations and closely manage development and management of new outbound data feeds.

  • Manage and address customer escalations related to their outbound data feeds.

  • Manage payer knowledge base documentation.

  • Remain informed of current status of outbound interface development testing and approve releases as ready for production.

  • Maintain proficiency in commercial payer incentive programs, measures, and supporting data.

You will report directly to the Director of Implementation Services in Philips Wellcentive Business Innovation Unit (BIU). The Wellcentive team is part of Philips Population Health Management (PHM) division. This position sits in Alpharetta, GA.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years customer or client management experience

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for customer service, problem solving, and developing creative solutions.

  • Ability to drive consensus in multi-functional team environments.

  • Experience working in teams.

Additional Qualifications (Not Required, Highly Desired)

  • Familiar with Agile development methodology.

  • Familiar with Atlassian suite including Confluence and JIRA.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

  • Experience with project coordination/management.

  • Experience with payer data integration projects

  • Familiarity with clinical terminologies (ICD, CPT, LOINC, SNOMED, HCPCS).

  • Experience with clinical analytics, medical informatics, or quality measures.
