Philips Asset Producer in Amsterdam, Netherlands


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Managing the end – to – end Asset production process of creating Rich Assets. Lead and act as single point of contact for global Lifestyle photography creation, online assets, all product movies, 3D movies, product 360s, existing asset retouch and updates.

You are responsible for

  • Managing production and on time delivery of various visual assets (i.e. renderings, 360 animations, photography, product movies, tutorial movies)

  • Preparing Production briefs and art direction/ creative review of visual asset development

  • Ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled to start production (i.e. collecting MUB/POS/CAD files, briefing) including alignment with stakeholders in key markets

  • Responsible for planning and scoping of production activities (incl. rendering, photography, retouch, postproduction, recording product and tutorial movies)

  • Managing timelines/planning/cost (project budget owner) of Asset Production in alignment with Category Asset Team Manager

  • Working closely with the Marcom, Digital, Shopper marketing teams as well as with Product Designers (for model check and alignment on technical aspects i.e. features, materials, colors and finishes)

  • Creative review: Aligning on art direction and quality output of the produced assets with the Creative Lead and Category Asset Team Lead

  • Monitor brand compliancy according to Philips guidelines

  • Reviewing final assets with the Consumer Marketing Managers (and Online Content Managers/ Digital Marketing Managers)

You are a part of

In this position, you will join the Asset Creation & Production team (part of the central marketing team in Business Group Domestic Appliances), reporting into the Head of Asset Creation & Production BG DA

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experienced professional (min.5 - 7 years of experience) in area of project- and production management in a multinational company and/or agency

  • Msc. or Bsc. in International Business, Communications or marketing related field

  • Must have solid understanding of working with following production processes: digital rendering, model photography, artwork /DTP, product movies (i.e. 3D) , tutorial movie shoots

  • Understanding creative process - preferably coming from creative/design industry

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across cultures

  • Capable of producing and managing large volumes of assets, working with short deadlines, dynamic & changing environment

  • Strong team player and self-starter working well independently in a large organization

  • Takes ownership, solution minded

  • Creative mindset and eagerness to make a difference

  • Acts pro-active and hands-on

  • Must have good eye for detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Exceptional organizing skills

  • Fluent in English
