Philips Continuous Improvement Lean Master in Amsterdam, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for leading and coaching the team as second in charge and support the Head of Continuous Improvement.

You are responsible for

  • Maintaining methodology and tools for associated area

  • Coaching local lean masters, and lead when needed, in designated regional area for: calibrations, phase exits, gap filling.

  • Leading cross Business Group / Market kaizen events.

  • Regionally training the trainer responsibility for associated area

You are a part of

Group Business Transformation / Continuous Improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree

  • 8-10+ years of relevant working experience in the area of commercial or operations.

  • Strong knowledge & relevant experience with Lean and continuous improvement.a

  • Master English both written and oral

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent delivery skills

  • Experience in leading kaizen events in international environment within preferably a matrix organization with global scope.
