Philips Employer Branding Digital Manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands

In this global role, your challenge will be to create and execute innovative (online) brand and marketing programs that drive consideration and interest in Philips as an employer from top professionals and graduates worldwide. You will leverage the latest digital marketing principles and channels to help Philips meet its Talent Acquisition and company goals, while supporting the success of your teammates and business partners located in different markets around the world.

You are responsible for

  • Support the continuous curation and distribution of compelling employer brand content (in alignment with Philips brand and Employer Value Proposition frameworks) across our key online web and social channels such as LinkedIn, Philips career site, etc.

  • Assist with the strategic execution of our annual Employer Brand and Recruitment marketing plan which supports attraction, recruiting and hiring goals globally

  • Be responsible for increasing the careers/talent message share-of-voice (SOV) within Philips owned social media channels, and improving community follower and engagement results

  • Lead the implementation of our team’s first social community monitoring and management program for key employer review sites like Glassdoor.com

  • Support our Hub-based Recruitment Marketing teams by executing targeted content marketing plans and Omni-channel campaigns on web channels shared by multiple countries

  • Serve as a global subject matter expert and team representative on the following topics:

  • Talent Acquisition related system and web platform requirements based on B2C user experience behaviors and best practices

  • Digital & social advancements translating outputs from Philips Digital Scale program into actionable uses for the Global Recruitment Marketing team

  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs through metrics and analysis and make recommendations to optimize ROI and enable smarter business decisions

  • Work with internal and external suppliers to develop and deploy employer brand & marketing assets or content portals such as online videos, email templates, infographics, microsites, or event materials, ensuring projects are completed within budget, schedule and quality targets

  • Maintain content on Philips Intranet platforms for our global COE

We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and is passionate about doing innovative work that helps people:

Required Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Marketing, Comms , Design, IT or Business related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital + mobile marketing related role

  • Possess experience and understanding of web Content Management Systems

  • Experienced in brand strategy development, campaign execution and community management across a variety of social and web platforms

  • Thorough understanding and experience with Search (SEO/SEM) principles

  • Experience managing and optimizing digitally-focused campaigns using web/third party analytics

  • Strong program / project management skills

  • Ability to manage partners to tight budget, timeline and quality standards

Required Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to influence others with ideas and align others to a common goal

  • Business partner mentality- experience collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to find win-win solutions

  • Culturally aware and sensitive – able to flex style according to the needs and expectations of a diverse stakeholder group

  • Self-starter- driven to set high goals and produce results independently

Preferred Competencies :

  • Experience in the employer branding / HR marketing domain
