Your challenge

The Executive Assistant partners with and provides secretarial support to the Business Leader Data Analytics of our Connected Digital Platforms and Propositions organization (CDP2) in Amsterdam , Headquarters.

This truly international and talented Data Analytics CDP2 team is revolutionizing the future of healthcare by developing connected solutions having a positive impact on people’s health and lives.

As assistant, you need to be pro-active in enabling decision making and prioritization as well as being comfortable with independent decision making. In view of the nature of the interactions and the speed of action it is critical that you are skilled at maintaining key relationships and able to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature .

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Possess an overall knowledge of the main departmental projects and daily priorities in order to ensure smooth information and work flow internally and externally;

  • Perform, entirely independently, the full range of secretarial tasks for the Executive and her team, involving a very high level of responsibility, confidentiality and eye for detail;

  • Arrange, coordinate and prepare meetings, conference calls, video-conferences, and other related events;

  • Screen incoming calls, e-mails and correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner;

  • Liaise with various departments and levels in company;

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries and compile travel-related documents;

  • Be responsible for the general administration, expense reports and calendar management of the team;

Your team

The CDP2 Analytics team is a key department of Connected Digital Platforms and Propositions team residing in the newly created business group “Population Health Management” and operates from 3 locations (Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and Bangalore). As Executive Assistant Data Analytics, you will report into the Head of Analytics.

We are looking for

  • Experience in an assistant role, preferably in a dynamic and international environment is a big plus;

  • Vocational degree;

  • Proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus but not strictly needed;

  • Willingness to work full-time and beyond regular working hours;

  • Solution orientated, mature and enthusiastic person who holds others accountable for performance, feels at ease in an international environment and knows how to set priorities under high pressure and keep a clear view;

  • Someone who can keep or bring a team together.
