Philips Global Head of TA Operations in Amsterdam, Netherlands
You will be responsible to meet or exceed all established objectives while driving
consistency and efficiency across the TA hubs.
As Recruiting Operations Manager you will enable the strategic direction of Philips Talent Acquisition for Asia by focusing on building world-class operations while balancing efficiency and quality. In addition to processes and tooling, you will be responsible for data analytics to include analysis leading to predictive indicators in the Talent Acquisition space.
Recruitment processes: establishing and driving efficiencies
Supervision of a virtual team of recruiting coordinators and analyst, providing administrative and analytical support to the appropriate Talent Acquisition hub team
Complete adoption of and driving the Global Way-of-Working
Management Reporting Dashboard (KPI's)
Customer Surveys for Talent Acquisition
Manage relationships with vendors in Asia, and other global vendors as required
Contribute to Annual Operating Plan development and ongoing management
Represent Talent Acquisition in HR projects and boards
Business ownership of Talent Acquisition related technology and tools
Assisting in the integration of acquired companies and emerging markets as applicable
Support of out of scope markets; tooling, technology, process
Participation in Talent Acquisition related projects
Contribution to HR & HR-IT Strategy
Work actively together with other departments within Philips and Talent Acquisition
Manages the global TA Operations team.
Experience in recruiting highly desired. Experience with process improvement, LEAN fundamentals, and the establishment and creation of KPI’s and recruiting metrics essential. Experience leading a team of professionals in a multinational environment is preferred, as there will be TA operations managers located globally.
Strategic vision; able to take a big picture view and design programs and initiatives that serve multiple cultures, businesses and nationalities
Linking broader trends in the Recruiting world and Philips businesses to concrete recruiting strategies and processes. Thinking out of the box, seeing the bigger picture, creating longer term strategy/vision/ direction; both for the own group and key contribution to the business strategy. Adapt influencing style accordingly where required. Works on policy harmonization and other global projects.
Leads the global TA operations team, providing guidance and direction to hub operations managers, and to the global TA leadership team on issues within the scope of the operations team. There is a strong focus on execution, demanding the right results from all members of the team.
Responsible for improvement of global processes and their execution in line with global requirements.
University Degree. Graduate degree desirable.

You are responsible for
Managing the global Talent Acquisition Operations team and providing guidance and direction to hub operations managers and to the global TA leadership team
Building and maintaining the global TA operations and systems infrastructure to ensure that we are improving the hiring capabilities of everyone involved in the TA process
Managing and interpreting data analytics, linking this to broader recruitment trends in the Recruitment market and Philips Business, in order to concrete recruitment strategy and processes
Managing relationships with global vendors
Participation in Talent Acquisition related projects and contribution to HR & HR-IT Strategy
Complete adoption and continous improvement of global processes and their execution in line with global requirements and with a strong focus on harmonization of global policies and process

You report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in Andover. This role is located in the Netherlands. You will manage a professional Global team of 3 hub Operations Managers in the US, EMEA and APAC, who are responsible for multiple operational teams, spread globally.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
A University degree in Business Administration, IT or other related fields
Proven track record with process management for Talent Acquisition/Recruiting departments in large and complex organization structures
Excellent people management skills managing global virtual teams
Experience with process improvement, LEAN fundamentals, and the establishment and creation of KPI’s and recruiting metrics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex things simple
Strategic vision: you are able to take a big picture view and design programs and initiatives that serve multiple cultures, businesses and nationalities
Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Since the role deals with a large variety of activities and different stakeholders, we expect you to be a structured manager with excellent communication and influencing skills to drive operational excellence and great results
