Philips Internship: Consumer Marketing Espresso in Amsterdam, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

As an intern in the Espresso Consumer Marketing team, you will support the positioning, definition and potential introduction of products that bring ever-more rewarding and enjoyable experiences to consumers by meeting their needs.

You are responsible for:

  • Support in Product Development projects, including analysis on consumer and market data

  • Competitor analysis to support key innovation projects

  • Creation of benchmarks to optimize go to market strategy and activation

  • Support the Marketing Team with (Internal & External) Event organization and Preparation

You are a part of

You will be part of the Espresso Consumer Marketing team, a dedicated group of Consumer Marketing Managers, within the Business Group Coffee.

We offer you

  • A 6-12 month internship

  • It is possible to make this assignment suitable for your thesis.

  • We prefer students available as soon as possible.

Internship conditions

  • Students on work placement or final-year study assignment are paid a work placement or final-year study assignment allowance.

  • A student on a work placement or final-year study assignment is paid an allowance towards rented accommodation, depending on his/her situation. This will be determined setting up the Intern Contract.

  • A student on work placement or final-year study assignment who can prove that he/she is not entitled to a student card for public transport (OV-studentenkaart) is paid an allowance to cover the cost of travel between home and the place of work in accordance with the Conditions of Employment Guideline.

  • The student is entitled to paid leave on the basis of 1 day per month.

  • Opportunity to buy Philips products with tax benefit (Philips MyShop)

We are looking for

Currently studying towards your Bachelor/Master of Science (Msc.) (both Applied Science as University) in the following fields:

  • Marketing

  • Communication

  • Management

  • Have strong communication and analytical skills

  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian, German, Chinese, Russian is a plus)
