Philips Organization Development Partner for M&A in Amsterdam, Netherlands
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Facilitate the people side of transformational change in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) by the execution of organizational, team and individual due diligence and the facilitation of the integration in the areas: organization design, change management, culture, team effectiveness, performance-, talent-, and succession management.
You are responsible for
Plan, design, scope and activate organizational improvement solutions. We work at the level of individuals, in-tact teams, cross-functional teams, leaders and large groups.
Organizational Change and Culture: Help plan and facilitate organization-wide change and culture efforts in a systematic way. Identify, design and facilitate appropriate large group interventions based upon the needs of the business. Make change stick.
Organizational Design: Guide and facilitate organizational design/redesign efforts; providing the framework and tools.
Organizational Effectiveness: We intervene when there are organizational alignment and performance gaps. We design solutions to address gaps and develop a healthy, self-renewing organization.
Performance Management: Work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to apply and use the tools, processes, and programs to manage the performance of individual employees, teams, departments, and other organizational units within their organizational influence.
Talent and Succession Management: Develop and implement effective plans, strategies, procedures and policies to support an integrated approach to talent management, including succession management.
Executive Search: integrate executive search functions and contracts into the Philips Executive search model.
You are a part of
You will be part of the Organization Development (OD) team, reporting into the Head of OD. In addition you will collaborate with the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) team and its leader. You will be working closely with both, the OD Partner and the ITM Partner, who are responsible for the M&A practices within their Centers of Expertise.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10+ years in Organization Development, (Integrated) Talent Management or comparable HR (Management Consultancy) roles, preferably within a multinational organization
Broad experience in leading and managing change for large scale transformations, including culture change;
Change Management certified
Broad experience in designing organizations and facilitating the implementation of the new design
Broad experience in the implementation of performance and talent management processes, tools and methodologies
Broad experience in working with different stakeholder levels in the organization, including Senior Executives
Excellent team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, specifically being able to put the our internal customer, the employee, at the center;
Experience in project management/consultancy;
Fluent in English is a must, one or more modern languages is an advantage;
Willingness to travel 15% of time;
Experience in the Healthcare sector is a pre.
