In this role, you have the opportunity to
As a Senior FP&A manager within the Cost of Organization CoE (Center of Expertise), your role is to pro-actively support Business Groups of the Philips HealthTech. You will deliver meaningful, actionable and timely analysis on business performance, and enable the stakeholders to take solid, fact-based decisions.
You will also own one or more processes within CoE Cost of Organization offering, for which you will be the global point of contact working with multi-regional and multi-functional teams, combining excellent content knowledge and focus on continuous improvements.
You are responsible for
Financial planning and analysis activities for central non-material related (NMC) costs for Personal Health BGs.
Coordinating standard reporting and analytics within the Personal Health BGs teams and across all parties providing information and actionable insights. Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting and analytics.
Analyzing and reporting on NMC performance during monthly & quarterly financial reporting cycles. Supporting senior management with ad-hoc analysis during the review cycles.
Performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis. Actively contributing to enhancing analytical methodology Participating in various cross Business Finance improvement projects. Actively contributing to realizing process improvements.
Understanding Personal Health systems, processes and tools.
Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of information reported to the stakeholders, addressing data quality issues timely and efficiently.
Providing guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A related matters and provide training on new reports, analytics, reporting/ planning instructions, tools, changes, etc.
Being content leader for one or more globally owned processes and ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of such, enabling operational excellence while applying continuous improvements;

You will be part of the CoE Cost of Organization BGs team for Philips HealthTech which offers a highly international and dynamic environment. The team comprises of talented finance professionals with a customer focus from diverse backgrounds. Main stakeholders include Business Group Finance Partners, COE Heads and Team leads, HealthTech senior management across different domains and functions. We are part of the CoE Cost of Organization HealthTech, a crucial pillar of the Philips HealthTech FP&A organization. You will be based primarily in Amsterdam and report to Team Lead, CoE Cost of Organization BGs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• A Master degree in Finance/Accounting
• A minimum 5 years of progressive working experience in the Finance area: financial planning/management reporting/financial control/decision support/actionable insights. Preferably in the international environment.
Strong analytical skills
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data and to translate this into concrete actions;
Advanced skills of Microsoft Office. Proficiency at financial reporting systems (e.g. SAP BW)
Experience with reporting & analytical tools (e.g. SQL, etc.)
Strong P&L experience
Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools
Behavioral competencies :

Works efficiently and with eye for detail; high quality standards.
Self-starter, can work autonomously and sets his/her own agenda.
Works with multiple internal and external stakeholders to prepare FP&A deliverables.
