We are looking for a person who thrives in a new product development environment, with a consistent and aggressive commitment to the successful application I knowledge, skills, principles and practices that produce quality work and satisfied customers. The successful candidate will have experience decomposing higher-level requirements into subordinate requirements documents and tracing requirements to help successfully implement design and code components. In addition, the candidate should have experience in developing and documenting software design-level components and interfaces. Critical thinking in design and coding will be the measure of the successful candidate.
We are looking for:
Strong SQL Server database development skills (2008R2 and higher)
Thorough knowledge of relational database principles, techniques, and best practices
3+ years of experience creating and managing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, materialized views
3+ years of hands-on report development (SSRS, Crystal)
Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI)
Proven ability to interpret and implement business/clinical requirements for analytics/informatics reports and data visualizations
Experience creating Data Transformation Service (DTS) packages to convert and load data
Ability to conduct performance tuning of queries and other database objects
Practical (hands-on) experience in using data modeling tools, such as PowerDesigner or ER/Studio
Experience with ETL processes, data warehouse applications and business intelligence (BI) reports through the use of best practices and tools, including SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and OLAP
Experience with C#.NET development
