Philips Digital Marketing Manager in Andover, Massachusetts
As Digital Marketing Manager for our successful Patient Monitoring and Ventilation businesses, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to deliver world-class digital communications and campaigns and act as a digital marketing advisor to the businesses.
Your responsibilities include:
Assist in developing digital marketing strategy and plans based to support marketing plans and business objectives
Traffic generation, nurturing and customer acquisition across all digital channels (web, SEO, paid search, display advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, ecommerce, etc.
Partner with digital marketing peers, marketing communications colleagues and others to support activation in local markets
Execute plans and measure results, across the full range of digital vehicles, to drive growth
You will be part of an international team of digital marketing and marketing communications professionals with global responsibility, reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Communications/Digital.
We are looking for
At least four years of digital marketing experience
In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, mobile marketing.
Demonstrated ability to define clear objectives with related KPIs, and to show results against defined objectives
Solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc.
Ability to work cross-functionally and globally
Comfort navigating a complex organizational environment; good instincts for how to move work forward
Preferably, a BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing
Digital agency experience and/or experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries a plus
