Philips Senior Director, HRBP (Q & R Operations) in Andover, Massachusetts
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Shape the Quality & Regulatory business transformation, build organizational capability, leadership strength and performance culture.
You are responsible for
Develop and implement the People Strategy in support of the global Q&R roadmap (2.500 people WW)
Partner with, consult with and influence the business area on HR needs to enable delivery of business targets and drive the required changes in various geographies
Coordinate capability development and strategic workforce planning ; special focus on Talent Development and Successions Plans improvement and dual ladder design and implementation
Drive the people elements of transformation and change ; create a Quality mindset, be the Quality champion within the HR Community
Consult with the Center of Excellence to meet the particular needs of the business area and act as an effective steward of the HR Operating Model ; focus on sustaining a strong TA strategy in a hot external talent market
Lead culture and change management and support the transformation across the company to become in line with PBS, special focus on job catalog maintenance , and leverage global footprint synergies (conscious of total labor cost optimization)
You are a part of
the Group Operations Enabling Functions HR Team, and will be a Member of the Group Q&R Leadership Team
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Master’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, counselling or business)
15 years of relevant working experience in dealing with operational and strategic HR matters within an international context, in different business areas and geographies
Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders
Change management and transformation skills, with experience in driving and leading cultural change programs
A previous experience outside of HR in a related operational field will be considered
