Philips Senior Field Marketing Manager - Perinatal in Andover, Massachusetts

Your challenge

Based in Andover, MA, the Senior Field Marketing Manager ensures that the North American Market provides a complete solution that solves our customers’ problems. These solutions drive loyalty and successful clinical, operational and financial outcomes for our customers. This role will focus on Patient Monitoring Solutions, including Monitors, central stations and the infrastructure that supports them – with a focus on fetal monitoring and central surveillance.

Your responsibilities

• Understand and anticipate customers’ needs with respect to the perinatal market and strategically position products/solutions to generate leads for the field organization.

• Enable the product teams to act on market specific customer insights and competitor strategies as inputs into product/solutions’ roadmap (features and economic benefits).

• Work closely with field marketing colleagues supporting fetal monitoring and IntelliSpace Perinatal solutions.

Your team

This is an important Healthcare systems field marketing role responsible for the marketing activities to drive profitable growth for the Patient Monitoring business, with focus on fetal monitoring and central surveillance. Our market leading Patient Monitoring solutions continue to evolve into an IT Solution, with a complex infrastructure and the ability to leverage the IT infrastructures of our customers. Our installed base customers are key to the organization’s future within the geography of North America. Key stakeholders to this role include sales leadership, marketing leadership, product management and R&D leadership for the Measurements and Monitoring, Connected Care Solutions, and Services organizations. This role will communicate and collaborate with Sales Support, as programs, promotions and solutions are delivered to the market. This role will function as part of a dynamic, collaborative and results-driven field marketing team

The successful candidate should have experience in creating clear value propositions for technical solutions, drive cross functional teams and have a passion for field enablement. Specifically, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Clinical Experience, Advanced Degree preferred

• Experience in Fetal Monitoring, Perinatal

• 5-7 years in marketing, sales, product development, or related field

• Demonstrated field marketing experience with experience driving programs in the market is highly preferred

• Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses, with a high preference for healthcare/medical device business
