Radiology Solutions is the organization within Philips Healthcare which defines, develops and implements radiology solutions “beyond the box”, focusing especially on data-driven clinical and operational improvement of the radiology practice in a healthcare environment that transitions from volume to value of care.
The Radiology Solutions Architect will be a part of a dynamic team of Radiology subject matter experts with a strong customer facing role. Architects are responsible for executing on data driven solution design projects for the client. The Radiology Solutions Architect will lead customer requirement collection during an Imaging Assessment project, apply his/her knowledge around radiology practice, imaging modalities, and continuous improvement to find performance improvement opportunities for the customers, and architect/design solutions to address customer needs using technologies and services from Radiology Solutions business, broader Philips, and potentially external partners.
The Radiology Solutions Architect will also contribute his/her knowledge and learning through client engagements to help define Radiology Solutions business strategy, technology & clinical road-maps, and solutions delivery processes.
Knowledge & Critical Experiences
Strong understanding of healthcare imaging products, services, and/or imaging IT portfolio
Deep technology and clinical knowledge and subject matter expertise related to Radiology.
5+ years of experience developing healthcare solutions and services with a proven client execution track record
5+ years of experience in developing and executing on complex project plans, statements of work
Experience and comfort working with analytics on large data sets and business analytics software platforms
Experience in Radiology/Hospital business process
Ability to travel 35-50%
Highly Desired Characteristics
Deep Radiology domain knowledge with background in Lean Process improvement, Six Sigma certification in healthcare
5+ client facing experience in influencing and executing sales and/or pre-sales opportunities in healthcare in a vendor or a consultant role; Imaging Services experience is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to listen, create and communicate solution options and directions from the imaging suite to the C-suite.
Masters’ degree, MBA other advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills , ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends often in presence of incomplete data.
Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment juggling and executing on multiple priorities.
Analytical and data driven problem solving skills in consulting environment.
