Your challenge

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager for our high-growth Medical Consumables and Sensors business, you’ll be responsible for delivering world-class digital communications and campaigns in the broadest sense and act as the digital marketing advisor to the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop digital marketing strategy and plans based to support marketing plans and business objectives

  • Traffic generation, nurturing and customer acquisition across all digital channels (web, SEO, paid search, display advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, ecommerce, etc.

  • Partner with digital marketing peers, marketing communications colleagues and others to support activation in local markets

  • Execute plans and measure results, across the full range of digital vehicles, to drive growth

Your team

You will be part of an international team of digital marketing and marketing communications professionals with global responsibility, reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Communications/Digital.

Our offer

We are looking for

  • A well-seasoned, digital communications pro – at least seven years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility

  • In depth experience with one or more of the following; SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, mobile marketing.

  • Ecommerce savvy

  • Demonstrated ability to define clear objectives with related KPIs, and to show results against defined objectives

  • Solid knowledge of internet technologies including those involving content management, web analytics, search engine marketing, email marketing, web site usability, etc.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and globally

  • Comfort navigating a complex organizational environment; good instincts for how to move work forward

  • Preferably, a BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology (with a proper understanding of Marketing

  • B2B and B2C experience

  • Digital agency experience and/or experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries a plus
