Philips Precision Assembler in Aurora, Illinois
- Assembling small components in a cleanroom environment. These assemblies are performed primarily by using small hand tools and a microscope. The job entails to set filament and assemble complete cathode cup/arm assembly on a variety of X-ray tube products. The operation of a laser welder, spot welder and other similar equipment is also involved. This job will require focus and precision.
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 to 2 years Experience with resistance, laser welding
1 to 2 years Experience with precision assembly
Familiar with Cleanroom procedures
Use of measuring tools
Use of hand tools
Use of microscope
Follow safety rules and regulations
Complete all TEDS assignment on time
Follow 6S guidelines
