Philips Clinical Implementation Specialist in Baltimore, Maryland

  • Manages the configuration of Philips Ambulatory solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

  • Demonstrates, trains, and explains functionality of Philips solutions

  • Conducts workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

  • Guides the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions

  • Provides training for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple, complex solutions

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support Philips as a Clinical Implementation Specialist. Implementation Specialists are primarily responsible for clinical ambulatory implementations for Hospital to Home (H2H).

You are responsible for

  • Managing the configuration of Philips Ambulatory solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

  • Demonstrating, training, and explaining functionality of Philips solutions

  • Conducting workflow analysis and consulting on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

  • Guiding the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions

  • Providing training for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple, complex solutions

  • Expected travel: 40 % or less on average

You are a part of

The H2H Services team within Philips Healthcare Informatics (HI) division, you will report directly to the Services Leader in Hospital to Home (H2H). The H2H business is currently head quartered in the Baltimore Area.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum 3+ years of post-acute care experience in clinical settings

  • Preferred- implementation experience of medical software solutions and services

  • Preferred- experience in developing clinical programs with documentation and processes that align with program goals and objectives.

  • Preferred- experience in training, educating, and instructing clinical and other users on features and operations of software applications

  • Proven competency in mapping the clinical settings practices to the application

  • Broad knowledge of the care setting operations

  • Ability to interface at multiple levels of the customer’s environment

  • Team player who is self-motivated and self-sufficient

  • Strong organizational capabilities and time management with the ability to multi-task daily

  • Strong analytical capacity with excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Detailed oriented to function in a fast paced environment with high level of accuracy

  • Ability to complete tasks on-time independently with minimal guidance

  • Superb customer service skills, including high-level professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills
