We challenge you to a Field Marketing Manager role within Philips Hospital to Home (H2H) group. This person will support our Acute Care / Hospital Telehealth side of the H2H business. In this role, you will create the complete universe of marketing conditions within which our sales team can advance opportunities and close deals, and bring the benefits of Philips telehealth technology and programs to patients globally.   • Marketing Solution (Market to Order)

  • Partner with Product teams to ensure lifecycle marketing opportunities to communicate value of portfolio

  • Collaborate on New Product Introduction marketing plan development

  • Responsible for market plan execution to US market

  • Develop creative tools to differentiate Philips telehealth solutions (e.g: eICU Program) and deliver messaging to market (collateral, ROI calculators, digital media)

  • Expand visibility and value recognition in Philips Telehealth solutions

  • Design and deliver with Campaign Management team initiatives to target prospective customer segments and increase qualified lead generation

  • Sales Enablement / Commercial Solution (Order to Cash)

  • Develop and deliver training plans for Philips Hospital to Home Business Development (BDM) team members

  • Provide tools and training documentation to introduce new releases of telehealth solutions (to include re-positioning / marketing initiatives)

  • Use training and retention platforms to reinforce product and positioning knowledge

  • Assess and analyze results to support BDM performance improvement

  • Support BDM staff in lead generation and qualification from marketing activities (trade shows, campaigns, etc.)

  • Market Intelligence

  • Become a domain matter expert on acute hospital telehealth including market and competitive landscape, policy, and industry trends to share thought leadership

  • Win/loss analysis vs. acute telehealth competitors, and what we can do to increase the effectiveness of our sales training / positioning

  • Quantify marketing initiatives with ROI calculation measurement

  • Engagement & Communication

  • Coordinate with Philips digital / corporate marketing teams on trade shows to showcase Philips telehealth solutions

  • Specific utilization of SEA / SEO for directing web-related traffic to the Philips telehealth solutions

  • Collaborate across business groups to provide efficient and unified presentation of the Population Health Management business at trade shows and events

  • Plan and execute quarterly webinar series for customers and prospects across enterprise Telehealth spectrum (hospital, home, system-level), working with other marketers, customer service team, and customers

  • Coordinate with other Philips businesses to broaden the impact of the Philips message

  • Learn and partner with our biggest asset- our customers!- to share innovation in telehealth applications and solution use outcomes

  • Best Practices / Marketing Excellence

  • Contribute to Philips Global Marketing team by sharing marketing blueprint designs and new tools for localization / broader adoption

  • Provide through leadership strategies to strengthen industry recognition and analyst coverage of Philips Hospital to Home

Your Team

You will report directly to the Director of Field Marketing in Philips Hospital to Home (H2H) Business Innovation Unit (BIU). The H2H team is part of Philips Population Health Management (PHM) division. This position can sit in Baltimore, MD (preferred) or Framingham, MA.

Hospital to Home (H2H) develops patient care solutions that simplify clinician workflow, improve financial outcomes, and help improve and save lives. Product lines encompass solutions throughout the care continuum, including the eICU solution, a remote, intensivist led care delivery solutions for critically ill inpatients. Other solutions include the eAcute program for medical/surgical inpatients and similar remote, physician or nurse led care delivery solutions for nursing home patients and complicated outpatients.
