Philips Business Process Analyst (OCC) - Engineering & Manufacturing in Bangalore, India

  • Work towards Transformation from Technical KPIs to Business Process KPIs

  • Identify, Design & Develop E2E Business Process KPIs in " Engineering & Manufacturing " Domains by collaborating with Architecture Team, ITBPs, BPOs, ITGS Domain Service Specialists, Service leads, AMS Partners and Product Owners

  • Knowledge on the system architecture of "Engineering & Manufacturing" Domains and evaluate Monitoring Solutions

  • Develop Operational Dashboard & Reporting for the identified E2E Business Process KPIs

  • Manage & Run E2E Business Process KPIs on Day2Day Basis

  • Drive Daily Operations, Part of Critical Situation teams, analysis on existing incidents, Problem Management & build CR backlogs

  • Drive improvements within landscape and business processes. Work closely with IT Global services Teams, Business process owners & Partner Teams

  • Define, deploy, report, measure and improve processes and deliverables continually towards operational excellence of services by deploying Lean and Six sigma frameworks

  • Experience with PLM Functionalities like Windchill, Agile, Clarity etc

  • Experience with Cloud (preferably AWS) and Dynatrace will help

Exposure to ICS/SOX, Validation and FDA industry standards.

Work Experience

  • 10-12+ years.

  • Domain experience in Pre-Sales/Digital (or similar) with at least 7-10 yrs

  • At-least two full end to end implementation experience and rest with application support

  • Exposure to managing reliability, availability, performance and capacity aspects of applications through application support

  • Knowledge of specific E2E business process domain, basic understanding & interrelationship of other domains and ability to translate these into requirements for service delivery.

  • Knowledge in ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate CSI, Six Sigma Green belt

  • Knowledge of Change Management and Organizational Design principles & Project Management skills


  • BE/B.Tech , MS/M.Tech preferred, in an appropriate operations, engineering, computing science or other technical degree focus
