Philips Information Security Project Manager in Bangalore, India

  • Establish day-to-day PMO activities (e.g. project reviews, status reports, project manager initiations and regular financial tracking)

  • Assess the projects defined in the roadmap stage and identify dependencies between projects/ prioritize activities

  • Produce/update Project Initiation Documents for each project within the roadmap that outlines the high level scope, objectives, cost and benefits

  • Establish linkage of benefits/deliverables to ISO domains and contribution to maturity and GIS KPIs

  • Design, implement and operate a change management process for all changes that potentially affect budget, timelines and/or quality of the program (deliverables)

  • Define, implement and operate Quality Management in order to assess and report the quality of program/project controls, deliverables, and KPIs

  • Design, implement and operate a risk and issue management process

  • Identify and implement reporting requirements and structure based on best-practice program delivery methodology and project delivery framework standards
