  • Accountable for Continuous Service Improvement

  • Accountable to ensure projects and changes are that are delivered include operational run (Critical to Quality) requirements (reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance) (Service readiness)

  • Accountable to provide level 3 support during crisis, incident, and problem management

  • Accountable to specify operational requirements for capacity planning and monitoring

  • Approves the content of the release prior to release

  • Accountable for participating in the Architectural Review Board and responsible to approve infrastructure designs and solutions.

  • Responsible to collaborate with ITBPs and programs to define end to end business process KPIs; work with OCC to implement and report

  • Oversees the quality of solutions being provided by the application maintenance vendors; identifies and drives implementation of improvement activities to improve quality of deliverables

  • Participates in DEVOPS teams for delivery of new programs.

  • Key participant in proof of concept activities to resolve white spots in the end to end landscape

  • Have general knowledge of large, complex IT landscapes and in depth specialist knowledge on the process components of your domain.

  • Certified ITIL professional (or comparable industry certification) or a proven track record in IT Service Operations.

  • Knowledge of what it takes to run an efficient IT platform or application in different concepts such as IAAS, PAAS and SAAS

  • Knowledge on IT infrastructure concepts like CLOUD computing and the way to operate these.

  • Familiar with DEVOPS concepts and their execution

  • Experience with coaching technical/functional teams.

  • Affinity with definition and creation of end2end business process management and KPI reporting
