  • Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Experience professional in handling multiple project teams and multiple projects

  • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

  • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance,

  • Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.

  • Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to Senior Management.

  • Consult or negotiate with stakeholders to prepare project specifications.

  • Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.

  • Possesses good knowledge in deployment of software tools

  • Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.

  • Provide supporting information to the Engineers to aid in the creation of a system specification.

  • Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture

  • Comply with all applicable product development processes.

  • Key Skills/Competencies:

  • Experienced in handling in C++ and C# with .NET based projects/programs

  • 16+ years of experience

  • Extensive experience in enterprise and server-side solutions

  • Experienced in Healthcare Domain (PACS, DICOM, HL7, IHE preferred)

  • Experience in working in teams and in defining solutions that contributes toward a reusable/shared architecture

  • A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics

  • Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills

  • Identifies key technical risks and develop mitigation and recovery plan

  • Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others

  • Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership
