Aim of Job

HIT Solution team focuses on being the Best of Suite by providing Solutions towards integration, optimization and Innovation of workflows. The role is for Designing/Verifying E2E workflow in the integrated mode.

Key Areas of responsibility

  • Should be able to understand the various products(Philips/Third Party) in the solution identify improvements (Usability , Workflow) across the solutions leading towards harmonization

  • Should able to define test strategy for testing based on business need .

  • Should able to guide verification engineer towards defining test spec in align to test strategy.

  • As a role of expert should review the test documents as per design and Architecture of product.

  • Should be able to test the Integrated Solution from an expert E2E point of view and identify bugs and deviations.

  • Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products

  • Exposure/Handson Experience to healthcare standards (mainly DICOM HL7 & IHE)

  • Providing guidance on the selection of the most effective test design techniques in a given situation

  • Providing guidance on technical types of testing such as performance testing and security testing

  • Designing methods for the creation of test data

  • Work with engineering & product teams to scope product delivery, support solution strategies and understand development alternatives as well as support build/buy economics when applicable

  • Interface with stakeholders for Requirements understanding, architecture clarifications across products in the Solutions Team

  • Should have a good understanding of the clinical workflows in the product areas concerned.

  • Should be able to classify /provide inputs to workflows/defects (keeping in the mind patient safety, product quality etc.) as an integrated solution

  • Keep abreast of clinical, regulatory, market, and technical developments in the relevant areas through clinical trends analysis, frequent clinical visits, Literature research and Conference participation.

Experience & Qualifications

  • BE Degree in Bio Medical , Computer , Electronics - with 10+ years of experience in Testing/clinical domain

  • Should have hands on experience in deriving test strategy for non function / performance testing.

  • Very good knowledge on coming up with strategy for manual/automation testing.

  • Experience in Designing test frameworks for test automation and testing in general

  • Directing and coordinating the implementation of test automation and other test tools

  • Designing test environments

  • Coordinating testing with release processes

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

  • Good understanding of the healthcare domain (clinical, imaging, workflows , Integration)

  • Exposure to healthcare standards (mainly DICOM with HL7 & IHE as bonus) and regulations.

  • Ability to understand customer usage data translate them into Workflows

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree in Engineering - with 10-14 years of experience in Testing/clinical domain

  • Exposure/Hands on Experience to AWS/Cloud testing

  • Should have hands on experience in driving test strategy for non-function / performance testing.

  • Strong knowledge on testing concepts and strategy for Automation Testing.

  • Directing and coordinating the implementation of test tools and Designing test environments

  • Coordinating testing with release processes

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

  • Good understanding of the healthcare domain (clinical, imaging, workflows , Integration)

  • Ability to understand customer usage data translate them into Workflows
