Philips Operation Specialist in Beijing, China

through the effective communication with relevant personnel, the correct and timely completion of the CSA consulting,audit, part delivery,input,filing and maintenance.

• help sales to achieve biz target and goal by always in compliance with Philips’ General Business Principles and CS policy to handle daily work successfully.

• conmunicate with sales and get the actual needs for contract condition. help sales correct the Summary Form and Contract Text for manager's approval simple and clear in CSA web.

• mainly focus on contract consulting/review/input/create PM order/write SPN/invoicing/filing/reporting/maintenance to make the signing and execution of contracts correctly and timely.

• High sense of responsibly,patience,positive attitudes and team work to handle and process daily work and accomplish team goals.

Requirements:

More than 3 years working experience

Bachelor degree or above

English Level 4 or above

Willing to engage in after-sales service work

Strong logical thinking ability

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

    1. help sales to achieve biz target and goal by always in compliance with Philips’ General Business Principles and CS policy to handle daily work successfully.2. mainly focus on contract consulting/review/input/create PM order/write SPN/invoicing/filing/reporting to ensure the correctness of contract signing and execution. 3. communicate with sales and get the actual needs for contract condition. help sales correct the Summary Form and Contract Text for approving simply and clearly in CSA web. 4. make sure to process the tube/parts delivery and placing the upgrade order timely and accurately.5. achieve team target by good team work with internal & and external to make each work effective and efficient.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • more than 3 years working experience

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • English Level 4 or above

  • Willing to engage in after-sales service work

  • Strong logical thinking ability

  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.
