As an Integral Project Manager at IGT you are responsible for managing “End-to-End” projects, typically with an innovative character, within the continuum of care enabling Philips HealthTech businesses.

You are expected to secure the implementation of projects in a predictable and reliable manner whilst delivering new and unmatched value to our customers through our portfolio of projects. You are responsible for the project throughout its life cycle, from initial start until market introduction. In this role you are expected to achieve the project objectives, whilst balancing cost, time, quality objectives and other project related requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead complex integral projects, from initiation to market introduction or until internal company delivery.

  • Prepare and implement projects in multi-disciplinary areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost, quality and staffing.

  • Formulate and secure approval, from the relevant stakeholders, for the overall project assignment and plan.

  • Build and maintain the project organization, including the definition of the interfaces with other functions, internal and external to Philips.

  • Active management of the project risks and the mitigation of such risks.

  • Lead employees, and where necessary sub-Project Leaders.

  • Take responsibility for quality initiatives and the deployment of process improvements that make the project organization more efficient and transparent.

  • Represent the project team in the business and provide business management with regular project performance status updates.

  • Ensure that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge.

  • Report on employees’ performance to the department manager of the employees for the purpose of appraisal.

Your team

You will be part of a team with 25 experienced Project managers, managing cross-functional projects varying in scale from small to big projects.

We are looking for

  • Master degree in a technical direction.

  • Degree qualification in project management is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior project management, in a technical environment preferably in healthcare (e.g. stakeholder management, technical complexity) in an international context.

  • Financial knowledge related to building and maintaining business cases.

  • Proven excellent presentation, verbal and written skills.

  • Proven track record of success.

  • Evidence of people and team management.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Self-starter, entrepreneurship, drive. Strong ambition to achieve.
