Philips Management Assistant BG IGT in Best, Netherlands


In this role, you have the opportunity to

Make a difference by helping our international, executive team to stay connected and operate efficiently. This job requires full-time commitment as well as readiness for fast-responsiveness beyond standard working scheme, if required.

You are responsible for

  • Coordination of IGT year calendar with internal and external events at IGT level and key events in the respective businesses

  • Coordinating key events (such as internal events, town hall meetings, Leadership Kaizen events, trade shows etc.)

  • Supporting large projects such as IGT Vision roll-out

  • Coordination of IGT onboarding and other visit programs

  • Supporting the IGT newsletter (chase stakeholders, review content, distribute via Teradata tool)

  • Making & publishing video recordings for events such as voice of the customer

  • Acting as linking pin between the central IGT Business Transformation team and IGT communications

  • Creating purchase order requests and expense reports

  • Updating of IGT intranet pages

  • Ad hoc departmental support for Cardiology Solutions team and local IGT Devices team members

  • Composing and preparing reports, presentations and other documents

  • Creating and maintaining mailing lists

  • Back-up assistance for BG Leader IGT

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienc e

  • At least 5 years of experience in assistant role, preferably in dynamic and international environment

  • Proficiency in at least 2 must-have languages: Dutch and English (additional languages will be a plus)

  • Very strong communication, organizational and planning skills (think and plan ahead)

  • Pro-active, creative, mature and enthusiastic person who is willing to take ownership, can work independently and feels at ease in an international environment

  • Digital knowledge, good PowerPoint skills, knowledge of Photoshop

  • You have affiliation with Communications

  • Ability to liaise with various (international) departments and levels in a multi-national company
