Job Title : MRI Industrial Engineer

Position summary : Responsible to drive optimization of the production process and product design in regards to manufacturing requirements.

Work with production line, Manufacturing Engineers, and Product Design teams to improve test coverage, test efficiency, drive manufacturing productivity, and reduce cycle times.

Responsibilities:

· Manage product performance and process as part of Process / Product realization programs or initiatives

· Define product process techniques/ targets/ tolerances.

· Analyze manufacturing means, performance and testability.

· Define measurement techniques to enable product inspection and calibration.

· Perform technical analysis, conducts feasibility studies, determine project expense (down time, costs of materials, workforce analysis, SPC, etc.) and financial impact of the engineering project on current systems/ structures.

· Monitor application of own enhanced and/or new engineering systems/structures to ensure the company’s production and product quality standards are maintained

· Prepare and execute process validation phases (PFMEA, MVP, IQ/OQ/PQ) as part of new project release or change on product process.

Your Team:

You will be part of the MR Operational Engineering team of the MR organization of Philips Healthcare located in Best, Eindhoven. The MR Operations MR organization is responsible for the production, testing and delivery of MRI systems, upgrades, options and spare parts. MR Operations Best is part of a global organization with multiple manufacturing sites in USA, Brazil, China, Finland. Overseas travels may therefore occur upon business priorities.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Electrical\Biomedical\System\Mechanical engineering.

  • 5-10 years of experience in a production-based environment.

  • Experience as System\ Process Engineer in Multidisciplinary environment.

  • Experience in production testing equipment and techniques.

  • Experience in DFX, DFM, SPC, LEAN, SIX SIGMA

  • Result driven and strong Quality mindset.

  • Clear thinker. Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent English.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
