Philips Process Manager Return Operations in Best, Netherlands

  • Responsible for process optimization by continuously improving our processes and related documentation which contribute to the Return Operations critical numbers

  • Develops subject matter expert knowledge with respect to Return Warehouse (Blueroom) processes.

  • Responsible for global standardization o f processes in SPS RSC and assures these processes are correctly implemented and documented.

  • Responsible for process alignment with main stakeholders Return Operations connect to (e.g. Supply Management, Customer Demand and Fulfillment (CDF) our BPO and Warehouse partners)

  • Responsible for change management of the Return Operations processes

  • Apply Lean thinking in order to continuously improve activities and processes in particular in the area of Return Warehouse Operations

  • Project lead other RSC initiatives/projects/Kaizen events contributing to the RSC vision

In this role, you have the opportunity to

optimize our Return Operations processes via improvement and standardization with focus at our return warehouse operation processes.

You are a part of

The Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) which is part of Philips Health Care Global Customer Services. SPS is responsible for the total service parts supply chain from the factory/suppliers to the markets. The strategy is to maximize the service part availability, minimize the total cost of operation and minimize the inventory level. To realize this strategy SPS operates a global service parts network.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • university or college degree in Logistics or Business Economics

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management in a global organization, preferably in a service environment

  • ability to work with different levels within the organization and partners.

  • proven ability to work through others, develop and execute collaborative programs and solutions to identified problems

  • proven global skills and experience in cross-cultural environment teamwork;

  • fact focused and strong analytical skills;

  • excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
