○ Improve the setup of requirements management within DPS.
○ Participate in the development of the Value Proposition (House).
○ Analyze the Commercial Requirement Specification in contact with Product Manager, product owner, users and system architects.
○ Define and maintain the System Requirements Specification for (Sub)-systems and products and assure a transparent Critical To Quality specification related to the Value Proposition or act as formal reviewer.
○ Create and maintain the (vertical) requirements traceability from Commercial Requirements down to System level Requirements and design.
○ Participate in change control boards if required.
○ Maintain and deploy the specification methods and tools (technical and user experience). Make sure that the requirements quality attributes are met (SMART) during the development process and advise project.

As a requirements manager you will strengthen the assigned Scrum teams and provide them with input to develop high quality products to ensure the continued growth in Digital Pathology. Your role is to focus on specifying requirements for new or updated products and to align the requirements of all assigned teams creating a consistent and structured set of requirements. Your work will primarily be focused on our Image Management System.
You are responsible for
Participate in the development of the value proposition.
Analyze the commercial requirement specification with business and user needs in contact with product manager, product owner, users and system architects.

Create and maintain the requirements traceability from User & Business needs down to system level requirements and design.

Maintain and deploy the specification methods and tools, both for technical and user experience. Make sure that the requirements quality attributes are met (SMART) during the development process.
Engineer and define requirements for features that are developed within teams following an Agile/SAFe method.
Update the system requirements specification based on approved change requests including document versioning and change tracking attributes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Our ideal candidate has/is:
Bachelor or master degree level of engineering; e.g. in mathematics, computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering;
Experience as requirements manager and/or as software developer or software tester with affinity for requirements management;
Worked as team member in a complex software development project;
A structured, concise and accurate way of working;
Team player with good communication skills;
Competent in writing technical English;
Capable of working in the highly dynamic environment of an emerging business;
And preferably has/is:
Experience with requirement management tooling, bug tracking and planning tools, e.g. HP ALM, Microsoft TFS, IBM Rational ClearQuest;
Experience with working in Agile Scrum teams in a SAFe development environment;
Experience with working in a (medical) regulated environment.
