This helps them work more effectively, leading to higher quality diagnosis and as a result better patient care.

You are responsible for

  • Deliver support to the Field Service & Support Manager

  • Report to the Field Service & Support Manager

  • Perform the day to day activities of Service and Support department including interaction with several department within Digital Pathology Solutions

  • Analyze, (re)develop/describe and implement processes and/or drive organizational change; oversee the impact of it, prepare training material and execute training

  • Execute checks on Service & support processes within Salesforce/ServiceMax

  • Deliver operational data in order to improve the quality of customer support

  • Make our Service and Support activities more efficiënt

  • Help to implement strategic and operational changes

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • over 2 years work experience with ERP systeem (preferred Saleforce/ServiceMax)

  • Knowledge of (red)design processes

  • Work experience in a similar role at least 3 years

  • Flexible work attitude

  • Experienced with Excel, Word, Powerpoint

  • Operational reporting

  • Language: English and Dutch

  • Accurate

  • Analytics
