The Senior Manager Product Marketing is the pivotal marketing role for Customer Service (CS) for Imaging Systems and drives creation of service solutions from idea to market. You’re accountable for defining, launching and building profitable service solution platforms that transform healthcare. Within the innovative maintenance services team you will drive new business models, Point-of-Sales activation, Services offerings to distributors and our time and material business.

You are responsible for

  • Helping define service platforms that support growth, portfolio evolution, modular designs

  • Working across Services Commercial Programs and Operations (helping lead “heavyweight teams” where applicable) on the long term roadmap, set requirement and develop integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments, tailored by market

  • Coordinating and setting value-based pricing across the portfolio to ensure profitable growth

  • Developing channel strategy for each offering by market (e.g., direct in North America, indirect in emerging markets and online globally)

  • Working with Field Marketing to enable the market sales teams (e.g., conduct presentations ahead of new product/solution/services launch)

  • Driving overall execution of development and launch of solutions in all markets as part of a cross functional business team including BG/BIU Management, Sales, Field Marketing, Operations and Finance

  • Managing contractual strategic partnerships with third-party integrated solution providers; key strategic customers/KOLs; and as appropriate, complementary solution providers

You will work in a highly motivated virtual team with team members working across the globe. In the marketing team you will work with other Customer Service Product Managers. The team operates in an open atmosphere and shares best practices to leverage them across the portfolio or globe. The team is characterized by a “self-starting” mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. The work location is Best, The Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or master degree in relevant field

  • 5 – 10 years in marketing or a commercial role

  • Experience in or affinity with customer services

  • High-tech product & service launch (NPI) experience

  • Deep expertise in market segmentation, product and service strategy, competitive strategy, and product/service development

  • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new services into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs

  • Strong communication, influencing skills, stakeholder management and ability to lead an organization to develop market leading products/solutions

  • Experience with e-commerce is a nice to have

  • Willingness to travel 10% – 25%
