Philips Medical Systems training center provides task-oriented coached learning on Philips Health Care products: function, service procedures and applications. The target groups for this learning are worldwide touch-point players and their customers. The objective of learning is to assure the competence to support the workflow and performance at a customer’s site.
The training center is responsible for developing; delivering, evaluating and updating learning sessions for all touch-point players working with PH products. Development departments are the prime providers of product knowledge. This knowledge is transformed into certified blended courseware by the Academy.
Target groups are Sales and Customer Support, Application staff (clinical and technical), Customer Service Management and customers (clinical and technical end users). The delivered products are technical, commercial and application training and workshops, product seminars, cross modular training, business seminars and courseware (student manuals), multimedia applications and self-study packages like e-learning, flexible training etc.
This position is focused on training and coaching for the MRI scanners: development of new training products but also recognized as product specialist by customers and subject matter experts.
Pro-actively keeping in touch with, amongst others, the Service Innovation groups, engineering groups, Costumer Service Marketing, Application and Global Customer Service target groups, to be informed about new developments at the earliest possible stage, define and develop new courses to ensure that course content is up to date.
Performing a role-task analysis and determining the desired competencies for each target group in order to develop optimal courses to ensure that competencies and business impact are in balance.
To monitor the information issued to the target groups in order to create a balance between the interests of the company and the customer regarding sensitive product and business information
Design blended learning and didactical effective certified learning paths.
Participate in meetings to receive feedback from the training center’s customers, to identify evolving challenges and how to best adapt the training programs to meet the customer needs.
Arrange systems, materials and classrooms to ensure that the courses can be delivered in the most optimum conditions (classrooms, systems and lab environment).
Coaching the students in all learning environments in order to present the learning content in the most active and efficient way for the student to study. Coaching Trainer Coach colleagues.
Evaluating the courses and assessing the students in order to get feedback with which to improve course quality to the targets as set by the team manager.
Delivering local courses on location in the field or other campuses.

We are looking for
The candidate should have the following:
At least 5 years of experience in Magnetic Resonance Training
Advanced presentation and communication skills
Technical background would be a pre
Be motivated, ambitious, proactive and customer oriented
Able to work independently
Strategic and analytical mindset
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel 25% globally
