As the Administrative Assistant based in Bothell, WA you are at the center of our marketing team, and key to driving our rapidly growing business to new heights and assisting in building our marketing capabilities.

Your responsibilities

As the Global Marketing Administrative Assistant your core responsibilities are:

  • Manage a complex schedule, using discretion in the screening and prioritization of marketing leader's time

  • Facilitate communication and act as an effective liaison between internal functions and external markets by providing confidential, timely and accurate information

  • Review and prioritize documents and respond as appropriate

  • Draft and prepare correspondence, announcements, presentations and reports

  • Manage key reporting documents with impeccable attention to detail

  • Independently answer and/or triage requests for information

  • Monitor and manage deadlines for reporting

  • Manage the coordination and arrangement of meetings and events, some with very high-level global participants both internal and external

  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel and expense reporting

  • Lead projects independently by researching, preparing and coordinating material

  • Consistently use complex problem solving skills and sound judgment to provide professional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Your team

Philips Oral Healthcare is a rapidly expanding category that reports into the Health & Wellness Business Group within Personal Health. This role reports to the Head of Global Professional Marketing and works in close concert with the Sub-Business Marketing leaders. You will have exposure to senior management and will be required to communicate frequently to members of the OHC MT and our category CEO.

We are looking for

  • Minimum four years of experience working in a Windows-based environment using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel in a similar role.

  • Prefer experience with multiple executives in fast-paced organization

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability working well with others as a team.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Knowledge and ability to problem solve independently.

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
