In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support a large number of sales personnel utilizing our Siebel CRM tool, a position responsible for E2E generation of complex customer quotations.

You are responsible for

  • Coordinate with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify quoting requirements to ensure quality output

  • Collaborate with multiple departments to fulfill customer expectations while complying with company policies

  • Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines

  • Understand, analyze, document, and communicate contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard

  • Review quotation pricing for correctness and accuracy

  • Ensure all quotes are completed in a timely and consistent manner

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to customize quotations

  • Perform work of a technical or specialized nature which requires an in-depth and detailed knowledge of Company practices and procedures

You are a part of

A fast paced role within the Commercial Operations, Customer Fulfillment Center on the Bothell Campus requiring excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills. Driving continuous improvements using the Kaizen methodology.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 1 Year of experience in a similar role

  • AA Degree with 1 yr. of experience or Bachelor’s degree.

  • High level of product knowledge across assigned business lines – demonstrated ability to explain product offerings appropriate to budget requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve productivity targets

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced knowledge of the Windows Environment.

  • Ability to self-motivate and follow a task to completion.

  • Excellent attendance/dependability
