You are responsible for

  • Process customer returned service spare parts

  • Inspect returning parts and report damage

  • Decontaminate returning parts

  • Follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented and controlled

  • Meet daily quality and standard work expectations

  • Participate in problem solving project teams to reduce waste, develop standardized work, and improve efficiency

  • Must be able to understand and document daily metrics

  • Must be able to understand company/department goals and objectives to assure full commitment and responsibility to them

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 3 or more years relevant experience

  • Able to use a computer and enter accurate data. Proficient in the use of Word and Excel, SAP

  • Experience using small hand tools to complete work

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Willing to work with gloves, mask, goggles

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
