In this role, you have the opportunity to

drive and grow Philips Ultrasound Sales in Belux.

  • Are you looking for a commercial challenging position where you maximize order intake, sales, prices realization and customer satisfaction whilst developing and optimizing the customer relationship in order to ensure the long term profitability in the Cardio Ultrasound segment within Flanders?

You are responsible for

  • the Cardio Ultrasound segment within Flanders and you will manage the BeLux Ultrasound team

  • Maximizing order intake, sales (incl. POS Services Contracts) and price realization at the assigned accounts within the Cardio Ultrasound segment.

  • Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operates at multiple

  • Prepare the annual account plan in line with the regional strategy and execute at district level

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies in cooperation with the US factory in Seattle, USA.

  • Responsible for filling the funnel management tool and systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends

  • Responsible for the sales forecast at Belux level

  • Collaboration with channel partners where required

  • Coordinate all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves others where necessary

  • Ensure that completed quotations are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the Business, and it is properly reviewed by Operations for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued

  • Ensure any third party product included in the solution and not part of the catalogue is properly validated for compatibility / compliance of specifications

  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

  • Be responsible for both daily people management and performance management of your team

You are a part of

the Healthcare Benelux sales and service organisation with roughly 400 employees, with 135 active in Philips BeLux organization. You will be part of the BeLux sales team and report to the Business line manager Imaging systems Belgium.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Masters’ degree

  • Experience in a sales role in Healthcare or B2B environment, preferable in the Cardio Ultrasound segment.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written

  • Stress resistant

  • Strong communication- and negotiation skills
