Philips Order Desk Officer South Balkans in Bucharest, Romania

Analyzes discrepancies between order and catalog. Determines with which functionality the wishes of the customer can be realized. Decides, if the functionality through the catalog cannot be realized, that it concerns a 'special order'.

Manages order returns. Receives from Sales the request for goods to be allowed to return. Checks what material is still useful. Interprets the procedures and determines the amount to be credited.

Draughts a Return Authorization Report lists the materials to be returned and justifies the credit amount

Handles Dead on arrival claims. Logs the error, examines whether the claim is justified. Requests the internally responsible to deliver substitute goods. Creates an invoice and lets the order be shipped.

Discusses this with Line Manager / Product Marketing / Development / Production Preparation / Planner / Q & R. Adapts the technical content of the order.

... perform End-to-End execution of Customer Orders within South Balkans region

You are responsible for

  • Handling all activities related to order intake, customer order processing, warehouse and carrier communication

  • Tracking order status end-to-end (order receipt – goods delivery – customer invoice)

  • Being key contact point for customer operations/logistics and offering all necessary information to customer orders

  • Arranging deliveries, truck utilization management, communication with warehouse and carrier.

  • Handling customer claims

  • Tracking customer performance

  • Management of financial documents in cooperation with controller

The SEE Order Desk team, where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. You will report to the Order Desk Manager SEE based in Bucharest and collaborate with many other teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Middle or Higher level of education

  • Very good PC skills (MS Office, Excel) are mandatory, user experience SAP would be preferred

  • Upper intermediate level of English and fluent Bulgarian

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical, with attention to details

  • Organization and planning skills

  • Problem solving attitude
