Philips Technical Program Manager (HealthSuite Digital Platform) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Lead the program lifecycle for Operations and Service Readiness for a new start up within Philips driving the development of all deliverables beginning with business and user requirements, design, implementation, quality plan, and transfer to end customer support.

You are responsible for

Managing escalations and handling multiple customer engagements executing programs and working across different geographic location.

Developing and executing against comprehensive project plans while actively managing project risk

Having ability to work in a fast paced environment with solid experience in change management

Having a combination of well-rounded technical knowledge in Cloud technologies and Application Operational Support and the ability to facilitate and coordinate a diverse group of teams across multiple business units, including product management, development, implementation/services, product support teams, as well as business functions such as contracts/legal, finance, and quality and regulatory.

Executing programs using multiple vendors and working across different geographic locations is a must.

Actively communicating status to all project sponsors and stakeholders, coordinate activities across teams and drive projects to successful completion on time and of high quality.

Being a champion for the application of best practices and process innovation that meets business and customer goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with international and domestic quality.

The Health Suite Digital Platform is a highly scalable, cloud-architected PaaS that abstracts the complexities of technology from the solution of distributed healthcare that is patient focused. The HSDP leverages advanced industry best practices and novel solutions for authorization and authentication; data modeling, ingestion, and normalization using various technologies; federation; rules and workflow engines; continuous monitoring and support – essentially a high performance, cloud-architected, highly scalable open eco-system delivering time-sensitive mission critical solutions for patient care both within the healthcare environment and in the ambulatory space. Among the solutions hosted are imaging, pharmacology, laboratory, pathology, genomics, patient management, compliance, health coaching and continuous monitoring.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience

Demonstrated leadership skills, strong communication skills, and effective organizational skills.

Excellent oral and written skills with demonstrated commitment to written documentation

Critical thinking skills are a must

Solid experience in managing complex global programs

Preferred skills

Understanding of Cloud technologies and Operational Support for Platform as a Service and Software as a Service

Demonstrated understanding of regulated environment - FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR 820), and EU – Medical Device Directive (MDD) requirements.

Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 27001 / 27018

Understanding of FDA Development Guidelines, IEC 62304, AAMI TIR 32, and ISO 14971

Formal training and experience working with Scaled Agile

Project Management Professional (PMP) certified a plus
