  • Marketing activity management, including promotion execution & evaluation

  • Counter management ,including supply & budget management

  • Ensure brand image at retail level, including consolidate merchandising guideline and define shelf display guideline & marketing activity design

  • Retail management, including promoter mgt & selling out database consolidation /analysis

  • To evaluate the result/efficiency of regional marketing activities;

  • Counter management ,including supply & budget management

  • Training management

  • To secure/improve the market position by BUs, closely work with RO COP and CO TM team to plan the BTL marketing activities in the regions; Requirements

  • Min.5 Years of trade marketing experience in multinational environment

  • University level

  • Solid experience and deep understanding on retail and merchandizing management

  • Sharp sense on competition environment

  • Solid experience on execution of marketing activity

  • Experience of BTL planning and Marcom supplier management

  • Ability to leverage resource in the organization with x-function teams

  • Ability to evaluate the efficiency of marketing activities

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent English
