  • Responsible for the management of sales, revenues and account ownership for a specific set of key accounts in a given region.

  • Achievement of pre defined sales volumes and profit goals as per AOP for all modalities for the said accounts.

  • Responsible for being the single point of contact for the said accounts and managing overall account relationship for the company.

  • Gain and maintain market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market share in assigned area

  • Improvement of sales at these accounts and overall improvement of customer satisfaction with key focus on clinical areas especially end user management

  • Develops business relationships with clinicians and other hospital authorities in the establishment and its network hospitals in the region.

  • Maintains up to date records of sales activities by distributors and actively works to help dealers increase sale of company products to meet defined objectives.

  • Maintains and informs competition information and other relevant market information on regular basis.

  • Maintains excellent knowledge of company products.

  • The incumbent is expected to have a full understanding and knowledge of Company people and processes as they Relate to customer service, Products, Programs, and Technical support, product financing and shipping.

  • Also responsible for creating mutually beneficial outcomes by helping our customers differentiate themselves and grow their businesses while maintaining acceptable profitability for Company.

  • Showcases capability to act as an consultant for said customers guiding them with the right information whenever possible.

  • Capability to call high and maintain relationships with the top management for the said accounts

  • Get involved in first level of deal structuring in financing deals

  • Should be adept at using / implementing CRM tools and ensure adherence to sales processes

  • Manages the channel partners associated with these accounts for the Flow business.
