Responsible for Channel sales in the assigned locations/Areas.
Sourcing and Appointment of Distributors as and when required.
Target setting for the distributors and target achievement.
Monitoring competitors’ activity, tracking daily sales and monitoring the effectiveness of secondary schemes.
Daily market visit to check the visibility & availability of products, analysis the issues of retailers & solve these with the best possible way.
Channel management for General Trade to ensure proper sales function, this includes monitoring of Primary & Secondary sales, SKU wise inventory maintenance and tracking of Brand level top line as well as bottom line to deliver utmost business profitability with maximum market penetration and reach.
Adherence to MIS in order to keep track record of business spectrum throughout the business network.
