Philips Sales Officer - New Channels in Chennai, India

  • Responsible for Channel sales in the assigned locations/Areas.

  • Sourcing and Appointment of Distributors as and when required.

  • Target setting for the distributors and target achievement.

  • Monitoring competitors’ activity, tracking daily sales and monitoring the effectiveness of secondary schemes.

  • Daily market visit to check the visibility & availability of products, analysis the issues of retailers & solve these with the best possible way.

  • Channel management for General Trade to ensure proper sales function, this includes monitoring of Primary & Secondary sales, SKU wise inventory maintenance and tracking of Brand level top line as well as bottom line to deliver utmost business profitability with maximum market penetration and reach.

  • Adherence to MIS in order to keep track record of business spectrum throughout the business network.
