Implementing S&OP and GPT for S&RC
O2C – improving efficiency (invoice value, amount, etc)
Pricing strategy improvements – settling current framework and beyond to Sleep Service, all customers
Create better market insight. Develop competitive dashboard: which accounts we are in and which we are not in.
BMC plans and marketing activation plans
Support in scaling up Sleep Service
Implementing / coaching for daily management
Organizing problem solving sessions
In this role, you have the opportunity to help drive change in a globally transforming business, by implementing the practice of lean and driving continuous improvement as the go to expert for end to end lean thinking in the business, supporting a key business unit with transformation activity.
You are responsible for providing trusted advice to the market management team on continuous improvement & lean. Helping to coach performance improvements in priority areas identified through targets, building a facts based performance culture through the install of daily management processes through the use of bootcamps and coaching. You will have the ability to drive problem solving to deliver targeted lean training supporting the high performing culture through transformation, enabling the growth of continuous improvement capabilities in the business.
You are a part of a key development team in the business targeted to install and sustain the daily management objectives through the use of sustainability of the business transformation process. As the subject matter expert for lean you will coach teams through this to deliver tangible benefits beyond the business transformation team from a long term perspective to support market goals.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Existing background in lean principles or Six Sigma training
Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
Confident in working within a pressure driven environment with tight deadlines
Whilst this is an autonomous role, you must be able to demonstrate wider team working abilities
Comfortable with numbers and building forecasts using Excel
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The role will involve up to 60% travel between two main facilities
