Philips Denmark is a leading supplier of medical equipment (CT, MRI scanners, etc.), healthcare consulting services and home healthcare solutions for the Danish market, primarily hospitals.

We are currently looking for an ambitious student assistant to support our Nordic organization. You will be a part of a dynamic team based in modern office facilities in the Philips building at Frederikskaj 6, Copenhagen SV.

Your responsibilities

You will support the Nordic Senior Marketing Specialist approx. 15-20 hours per week with:

  • Event management

  • Support on CRM system

  • Customer and stakeholder management

  • Purchase order processes, reimbursements and track-keeping of payments

  • Ad hoc project management, marketing and communication tasks

We are looking for

  • You are preferably in the early stage of your bachelor studies

  • You are a pro-active, detailed oriented, independent and ambitious person

  • Likes practical hands-on tasks

  • You have well-developed communication skills in English (speaking and writing)

  • A good command of Danish and/or Swedish is a plus

  • You have some strategic knowledge of B2B marketing, communication or sales (preferably with some healthcare knowledge)

  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic (and sometimes hectic) working environment

  • You are skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • You are preferably skilled in InDesign

  • You are flexible
