Philips Sales, Regional Account Manager- AllParts/Dunlee (West US) in Denver, Massachusetts

Manage sales of AllParts, Philips and Dunlee in the western USA.

AllParts Medical and Dunlee, 3rd Party Business is the center of excellence within Philips Healthcare for aftermarket parts and training technology. The business designs, manufactures, and distributes CT tubes and repaired and tested imaging parts and related components through two major channels: Hospitals and 3rd party Independent Service Organizations. Third Party customers include OEM’s, distributors and hospitals, as well as multi-vendor and independent service organizations around the world.

Your Challenge :

Manage AllParts and Dunlee sales and marketing activities, and provide technical expertise in the West US Region . Responsible for monitoring market trends in all business segments; including ISOs, dealers, dealer groups, GPOs, IDNs, etc. Extensive travel is necessary in order to manage the region. This role reports to the National Director of Sales.

Territory includes: Western States: Colorado, Washington, California, Arizona. Candidate must live in territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet or exceed region sales budget.

  • Make sales calls in West Region to all customer types; including third-party service organizations, GPOs, IDNs, and individual hospitals. (40-50%)

  • Support Sales Director assistance by promoting component sales to customer base.

  • Sell entire line of Dunlee and AllParts products;

  • Develop, manage and continuously update Region Business Plan in order to maximize competitive advantage. (40-50%)

  • Demonstrate and promote Dunlee Brand and AllParts products at regional and national trade shows

  • Assist management with special projects and responsibilities

  • Manage region expense budget.

  • Maintain compliance with TEDS, 6S, and safety requirements

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage transactional pricing and contract sales in order to maximize product distribution; i.e.; make sure strategic customers control appropriate business segments. Interact and build partnership relationships with PMV, 3rd party service organizations and in house service groups within region. Creatively address critical service and product related issues to remain competitive and provide solutions oriented programs for clients.

Job Requirements :

• BS in Business or equivalent in education and experience preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of medical sales or service experience..

• Ability to follow directions and established reporting requirements.

• Ability to learn and utilize company provided software.

• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

• General computer and sales software operations.

• Strong knowledge of Sales processes and procedures required.

• Requires outstanding oral and written communications skills, comprehension skills to interpret and apply complex product information.
