Will you be Philiips' Commodity Program Manager, who is accountable to initiate, develop and manage most effective enabling technical programs to increase Commodity Management performance and functional maturity?
The key areas of responsibility for this role are:
To own commercial CM excellence programs to drive Supply Base Optimization in alignment with Procurement Engineering
To ownfunctional CM excellence programs to develop and enable for functional maturity and performance development
To Facilitate Governance program execution according to defined standards and deployment concepts
Program manage technical CM excellence programs in alignment with Procurement Engineering and DfX programFurthermore, we want you to:
Constantly challenge the status quo in creating innovate Commodity Management programs that set out clear, long term and innovative paths to increase functional performance and process efficiency
Align Commodity Management requirements and leverage interdependencies across other Procurement functions to define best-in-class standards
Provide meaningful analytics, templates and standards to accelerate and simplify execution of Commodity Management and governance programs
Mobilize and energize involved Commodity & Supplier Account Managers to implement and deploy related programs with discipline
Facilitate relationships between Procurement Engineering and Commodity Management to ensure aligned programs and deployment approach
Inspire others across diverse cultures and backgrounds through meaningful Commodity expertise, compelling arguments, openness and team spirit
Provide leading domain expertise and consulting to the organization
Advocate for world-class procurement standards to enable for breakthrough performance
FG Commercial Cluster is part of the new HT Procurement Organization. We manage 900 Mio Euro total spend across PH main Businesses (Kitchen Appliances, Floorcare, Garment Care, Male Grooming, Beauty, etc.). Team locations are based on 2 main geographical areas : Asia and Europe.
Main stakeholders are Business Leaders and Procurement Business Partners, together with Central Procurement Organization.

We are looking for
Minimum: Master degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent
Desired: Separate expert level certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, Design to Cost and Project Management methodologies
3 years global leadership experience in Commodity Management and/or Procurement Engineering in CG80 or comparable roles
3 years of leadership experience in neighboring functional areas (e.g. SCM) and/or other companies outside Philips
Several years’ successful in global Project and Program ManagementDesired: Several years’ successful in complex functional transformation/restructuring
